Return Policy – Vondel Diamonds

At Vondel Diamonds, we strive for perfection in every detail. Each piece of jewelry is crafted from 18k gold or platinum and set with the highest quality lab-grown CVD diamonds (VVS–VS, D–F color, triple excellent cut). However, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not fully meet expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for standard jewelry.


Conditions for Returns

  • You have 30 days from the day of receipt to register your return.

  • The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition, including all labels, documentation, certificates (IGI), and original packaging.

  • Returns can only be made with the original receipt or invoice.

  • Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.


Custom-made and Personalized Jewelry

Jewelry specifically custom-made or adjusted at the customer's request is excluded from the standard return policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Jewelry entirely custom-designed (including 3D design and production after approval).
  • Products where the ring size has been specifically adjusted for you.
  • Jewelry with engraving or other personal adjustments.
  • Products assembled or modified according to your specific wishes.

Are you unsure about a specific size or adjustment? In that case, we recommend choosing a standard version first. Adjustments such as ring size or engraving can often be made later.

If technically feasible, we offer the possibility to adjust the ring size or length afterwards. This is always done in consultation and can be free of charge or for a reasonable fee.


How to Register a Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receipt via info@vondel.com.

  2. You will receive return instructions from us.

  3. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you by email.

  4. If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Please note: depending on your bank or credit card company, the processing time may take a few days longer.


Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Product

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If the jewelry is damaged or does not match your order, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will provide a suitable solution.


Exceptions

  • Sale items and gift vouchers cannot be returned.

  • Products that have been altered by third parties or worn are not eligible for return.
