At Vondel Diamonds, we understand that your order is more than just a purchase — it marks a special moment. That is why we take great care in processing your order, packaging it securely, and shipping it fully insured, so your jewellery reaches you safely and with complete peace of mind.

Processing & Delivery Times

• In-stock items: shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Custom-made and made-to-order items: have an estimated production time of approximately 3 weeks. Once your jewellery is ready, it will be shipped immediately.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will always receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.

Shipping & Costs

• We offer standard, express, and insured shipping options.
• All shipments are fully insured for the value of the order.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Free shipping is available on many orders within the Netherlands and the EU.

International Shipping Within the EU

• Delivery within the European Union is generally fast and reliable.
• Please allow several business days for delivery after your order has been dispatched.
• All prices displayed in our webshop include VAT, meaning no additional import duties or taxes are payable within the EU.

International Shipping Outside the EU

• Vondel Diamonds ships worldwide to selected countries outside the EU.
• For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, import duties, and local taxes may apply. These charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
• Customs procedures may result in additional delivery time on top of our production and shipping times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.

Insurance & Secure Delivery

• All parcels are fully insured until delivery.
• A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure a secure handover.
• Our packaging is discreet and secure, ensuring that your order is transported safely and without drawing unnecessary attention.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments

• If your parcel is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@vondel.com.
• We will work with the carrier to find an appropriate solution.
• Please note: Vondel Diamonds is not liable for parcels that have been confirmed as “delivered” by the carrier but are subsequently stolen or reported missing.

Restrictions

• We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
• For orders of particularly high value, additional verification may be required before shipment.
