Returns Policy – ​​Vondel Diamonds

At Vondel Diamonds, we strive for perfection in every detail. Each piece is crafted from 18-karat gold or platinum and set with the highest quality lab-grown CVD diamonds (VVS–VS, color D–F, triple excellent cut). However, we understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't quite meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for standard jewelry.

Return Policy

• You have 30 days from the day of receipt to register your return.

• The jewellery must be unworn, undamaged and in its original condition , including all labels, documentation, certificates (IGI) and original packaging.

• Returns are only possible with the original receipt or invoice.

• Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

Custom-made and personalized jewelry

Custom-made jewelry – where we discuss your wishes with you, create a 3D design, and put it into production after approval – is excluded from the standard right of return.
We do offer the option of adjusting the ring size or length (reducing or increasing it) afterward, if technically feasible. This is done in consultation and is often free of charge or for a reasonable fee.

How to report a return

1. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@vondel.com .

2. You will receive return instructions from us.

3. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you by email.

4. If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, processing time may take a few days longer.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered product

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If the jewelry is damaged or does not match your order, please contact us immediately . We will then provide a suitable solution.

Exceptions

• Discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.

• Products that have been modified or worn by third parties are not eligible for return.
