At Vondel Diamonds, we understand that your order isn't just a purchase; it's a special moment. That's why we ensure careful processing, secure packaging, and fully insured shipping – so your jewelry reaches you with confidence.

Processing & delivery times

• In-stock products : Ships within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Custom work and orders on request : have a production time of approximately 3 weeks . As soon as your jewelry is ready, it will be shipped immediately.

• Upon shipment you will always receive a confirmation by email including a tracking number.

Shipping & costs

• We offer standard, express and insured shipping.

• All shipments are fully insured for the value of the order.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

• Within the Netherlands and the EU, many orders have free shipping.

International shipping within the EU

• Delivery within the European Union is generally fast and reliable.

• Please allow a few working days for delivery after dispatch.

• All prices in the webshop include VAT – so you don't pay any additional import duties or taxes within the EU.

International shipping outside the EU

• Vondel Diamonds ships worldwide to selected countries outside the EU.

• For orders outside the EU , customs duties, import duties, and local taxes may apply. These costs are always the responsibility of the recipient.

• Customs procedures may result in additional delivery time in addition to our production time and shipping duration.

Track order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

Insurance & safe delivery

• All packages are fully insured until delivery.

• A signature may be required upon receipt to ensure secure transfer.

• The packaging is discreet and sturdy, so that your order is transported discreetly and safely.

Lost, stolen or damaged shipments

• If your package is damaged or lost during transport, please contact us immediately at info@vondel.com .

• We are working with the carrier on a solution.

• Please note: Vondel Diamonds is not liable for packages that are confirmed as "delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently stolen or lost.

Limits

• We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

• For very high value orders, additional verification may be required before shipping.
